2.1 hull construction
船体结构
2.1.1 GENERAL
概述
The hull constructions are including the main hull, forecastle, poop deck, deck houses, engineer room, engine casing, funnel, appendages (such as bilge keel, bulwark). The vessel to be of steel and all welded constructions.
船体结构包括主船体,艏/艉楼,甲板室,机舱,机舱棚,烟囱,船体附件(如舭龙骨,舷墙)等。本船结构为钢质全焊接结构。
Hull construction’s materials & scantling designs are to be complied with the rules of Classification Society. Where there is not be mentioned in the rules of Classification Society, the designs shall be done according to the design standard and shipbuilding practices . The designs of construction shall follow the principle of continuous structures.
船体结构的材料及构件尺寸设计应满足船级社规范要求。船级社规范未作规定的构件,将根据设计标准和惯例确定。结构设计将遵循结构构件连续性的原则。
The arrangements of structural members to be arranged in considering for easy access and maintenance
结构构件布置应考虑便于通行的原则。
- MATERIALs
材料
The materials of the steel plates and hull structural members are normal mild steel and shall comply with the rules of Classification Society if necessary,.
钢板和型材为船用普通的碳素钢,并应满足船级社规范的有关要求。
Casting steel shall comply with the rules of Classification Society if necessary .
铸件应满足船级社规范的有关要求。
- welding
焊接
The welding conditions have to meet the requirements of class and Owners inspections. Welding shall be carried out under dry and clean conditions, weather protected as far as possible.
焊接条件需要满足船东和船级社的检验要求。焊接需要在干燥和清洁条件下进行,尽量进行露天保护。
Two side continuous welding will be used in tanks including fore peak, after peak, double bottom, wing tanks, holds, engine room as well as in all spaces exposed to weather and in wet spaces prone to corrosion (bathrooms, galley, pantries, laundries, drying rooms, etc).
所有舱必须用双面连续焊接包括艏尖舱,艉尖舱,双层底,边舱,货舱,机舱以及露天处所和易于被腐蚀的潮湿处所(浴室,厨房,餐具室,洗衣间,干衣室等)
Single sided-, intermittent-, chain- or zigzag welding will be allowed, as far as permissible according to the classification society, where structural parts are not exposed to weather or moisture.
可采用单面焊,间断焊,并列焊或交错焊,根据船级社要求,结构件不要暴漏在露天或潮湿处。
The formation of notches and burn-in (undercut) during welding shall be avoided and to be given the necessary attention at design and production stage.
在焊接期间应该避免形成切口及咬边,在设计及生产阶段要特别注意这一块。
Welding at low environmental temperatures will be in accordance with class requirements. Welding consumables used are to be suitable for the parent metal to be welded and are to be approved by the classification society. Where filler materials having tensile properties deviating (downwards) from the parent metal are used, this fact must be taken into account when dimensioning the weld joints.
在低温条件下的焊接应依照船级社的要求。焊接材料应适合于母材,并经过船级社的认证。 从母材部分开始使用具有伸缩性的填角材料之处,计算焊缝时应该考虑到这种情况。
Welding procedure including edge preparation shall be executed in accordance with the Builder’ established modern welding procedure and practice with reference to Chinese shipbuilding standard and approved by the classification society.
焊接程序包括边缘预处理,应该符合造船方参照中国造船标准制定的现代的焊接程序并且经船级社认证。
Automatic welding shall be used to the greatest extent. The welders engaged in the welding shall be fully qualified and holding welding certificates from the classification society for the type of welding carried out.
自动焊应该被广泛的使用。从事的焊接的焊工应该有充分的资格和持有给焊接发证的船级社的证书。
Electrodes and other welding materials have to be properly selected for the special intended purposes.
焊条和其他形式的焊接材料应该有目的适当的进行挑选来用于特殊的焊接。
All welding shall be continuous except in dry spaces in the superstructure and deckhouse where intermittent welding is permitted.
除了上层建筑和甲板室的干燥空间焊接是间断焊接,其他所有的焊接应该是连续焊接
Care shall be taken to avoid stress concentration due to welding, heating and discontinuity of the structure or build-in stress.
应该特别注意由于焊接,加热和结构的非连续性产生的应力集中和嵌入的应力。
All foreign materials (water, rust, oil, sludge, dirt, paint etc.) that will affect the quality of the welding to be thorough removed before carry out welding.
所有影响焊缝质量的杂质(如水,锈,油,油渣,灰尘,油漆等)须在焊接前全部予以清除。
All damages to the steel material due to welding when block assemble or erection, shall to be rectified by welding and grind smooth,

- testing
On strength decks and steel structures, hatch covers, etc. welding to be x-ray examined, complying with the requirements of the classification society and to Owner's approval. Butt welding between major steel castings and structural members to be 100% x-rayed.
依照船级社的要求和船东的认可,强力甲板和钢结构舱盖等等焊接需要用X射线检查。大的钢铸件和构件之间的焊接要100﹪进行X射线检查。
Additional x-ray tests above class requirements to be made as directed by Owner’s representative in case the result of x-ray found not satisfied-
若船东对所作的X光线探伤不满意,除船级要求外,应该根据船东监理指导下再进行探伤。
The areas and locations of x-ray to be mutually agreed between Owner’s representative and Builder and the Class during building period.
X射线检查的位置和范围在建造期间需要船东监理和建造者和船级社相互协商决定。
Radiographic inspections to be carried out to the satisfaction of Owner’s representative and class surveyors.
射线检查的检查技术应当令船东监理和验船师满意。
Hydrostatic tests to be carried out according to the requirements of the classification society, under the attendance of Owner’s representative and class surveyors. Tests to be carried out before launching, however, alterations can be mutually agreed upon with Owner’s representative.
静水力试验应该在船东代表和船级社验船师参与的情况下,根据照船级社的要求进行。试验应在下水前进行。如有变动需要,可以与船东代表相互协商。
Compressed air testing can be carried out only, if accepted by the classification society.
如果船级社同意,可以只做气密试验。
Rooms with steel bulkheads which are permanently exposed to drip and splash water and which are covered-with cement or tiles, such as lavatories, galleys, laundries, drying rooms etc. to be filled with water up to the height of the coamings or visually inspected to control the tightness.
长久暴露于水滴和飞溅水处和敷设水泥或瓷砖处的钢质舱壁的房间,如:盥洗室,厨房,洗衣间,干衣间等应该注入至房间门槛的高度或者是通过目测来控制气密性。
Watertight bulkheads, deck plates etc. not subject to pressure tests to be fresh water hose tested after painting.
水密舱壁,甲板等不受压力试验影响的可在喷漆后冲淡水试验。
Similar hose tests to be carried out for all windows, side lights, hatch covers, watertight doors, exits, erection closures and as elsewhere necessary.
相类似的冲水试验可以用到所有窗户,舷侧灯、舱盖、水密门、逃口、直立封闭处和其他需要的地方。
Ultra sonic test to be carried out for confirm tightness of hatch covers if the yard can do.
如果船厂可以做超声波试验,则应该用超声波来确认水密舱盖的密封性。
Tests to be carried out after completion of all works affecting the water tightness and before fitting the floor covering, the insulation, the lining etc.
该试验应在水密试验完成后和在装配地板敷料,绝缘材料,衬板等前进行。
If final coatings in tanks will be provided before hydrostatic test will be carried out, the welding seams of compartments, boundaries etc. to be covered by tapes.
如果在静水力试验前舱中实施舱内面漆,各舱室的焊缝,边界等应该贴上胶带。
Tapes to be removed before tests.
胶带需要在实验前去除。
Hose tests to be carried out with freshwater only.
软管试验只能用淡水。
However, some tanks and other compartments which are hydrostatically tested with seawater and painting has been provided already, to be washed down with freshwater after testing and to be totally dried and cleaned to the satisfaction of Owner’s representative and paint maker’s supervisors.
但是,如果一些舱和其他的舱室已经用海水进行了静水力试验并且已经提供了油漆,在实验后应该用淡水洗掉,完全干燥和清洗,使船东监理和制造商监理满意。
Suitable tests for confirm tightness of ship’s bottom plugs to be carried out before launching.
船底塞在下水之前应该进行一些适当的实验。
Ship’s tank structure strength tests to be carried out during sea trials as per rules of Classification Society.
根据船级社的规范要求船舶舱室的强度试验应该在试航期间进行。

梁拱
The height of camber on upper deck is 300mm.
上甲板梁拱高度是300mm。
The height of camber on forecastle deck is 300mm
艏楼甲板梁拱高度是300mm。
- lightening hole and Access hole
减轻孔和工艺孔
If necessary and under the conditions of not affecting the strength of structures, lightening holes, access holes may be opened on the untight compartments according to the builder’ standard and practice.
在不影响构件强度的情况下,如果需要,可以依照造船方标准和惯例,可以在非水密舱室上开减轻孔和工艺孔。
2.1.8 Bottom
底部
2.1.8.1 bottom Construction of cargo hold
货舱底部建造
The bottom of the hold is longitudinal framing system. The height of double bottom shall comply with the requirements of the rules. Holds with flat inner-bottom plates continuous longitudinal, equal spacing of longitudinal girders and transverse solid floors.
货舱底部为纵骨架式结构,货舱双层底高满足规范的要求,设有平直内底,连续纵骨,一定间距的纵绗和实肋板。
The inner-bottom plates in holds shall be designed in considering cargo unloading by using grabs or other similar unloader. There shall be no wooden board under the holds. Thickness of the inner-bottom plates shall be increased according to the requirement of the rules. Tank top uniform strength to be more than 15 tons/ m2 and suitable for loading 2 tiers of 15ton x 1500mm x 1500mm steel coils.
货舱内底板应考虑采用抓斗或其他类似机械卸货,且舱口下不设有木铺板,内底板根据规范要求增厚。内底均匀强度应该大于15 tons/ m2,适合装两层15ton x 1500mm x 1500mm的卷板。
All double bottom is watertight and oiltight. Compressed air testing and water-pressure tests can be carried out according to the classification society and by Owner's representative.
所有双层底为水密和油密,并应按规范要求由船东代表进行水压或气密试验。
2.1.8.2 bottom of Engine Room.
机舱底部结构
Double bottom of E.R. shall extend to the shipside. Solid floor shall be provided at each frame. The size of openings in double bottom shall comply with the requirements of classification society.
机舱双层底伸至两舷,每档设置实肋板,双层底结构上的开孔尺寸满足船级社要求。
Adequate numbers of manholes shall be provided inside tanks for easy access. Adequate numbers of drain holes and air holes shall be provided on the bottom longitudinal and -transverse structures. .
所有舱内设置足够数量的人孔以便出入,船底和纵横结构设置足够数量和尺寸的流水孔和透气孔。
2.1.8.3 bottom of Forpeak Peak and AfterPeak tank
艏,艉尖舱底部结构
F.P and A.P tank is single bottom structure.
艏,艉尖舱底部为单底结构。
Part of the bottom structure of F.P tank should be strengthened against slamming at the draught of normal ballast condition according to rules requirements.
根据规范要求,应在正常压载吃水情况下对艏尖舱底部区域做拍击加强。
2.1.9 ship sides
舷侧结构
The thickness of side plates shall be approved by Classification Society. The thickness of steel plates from midship to both ends shall be applied as per rules of classification society. The sheer strakes shall be high tensile steel plates approved by Classification Society. The plates around the anchor chain bell mouth and rudder horn shall be strengthened.
舷侧外板的厚度应经船级社认可,从船中部至船两端的外板厚度应满足规范要求。舷顶列板应采用CCS认可的船用高强度钢。在锚链筒及挂舵臂的外板厚度应予以加强。
Ship sides shall be transverse framing system, made up by frames and web frames.
舷侧结构均采用横骨架式结构,由肋骨和强肋骨构成。
2.1.10 Bulkheads
舱壁
Arrangement of transverse watertight bulkheads shall be as per General Arrangement plan. The transverse bulkheads shall be of flat plate type with stiffeners. The designs and scantlings of bulkheads to be complied with the rules of classification society. .
本船的水密横舱壁如总布置图所示意,横舱壁都为平板型,舱壁上设置扶强材,其设计和构件尺寸应满足规范的要求。
2.1.11 Deck
甲板
2.1.11.1 main deck
主甲板
The ship is provided with one continuous single deck. The side plates of main deck shall be of class approved high tensile steel plate. The constructions of hatch coamings to be referred to the General Structure plan.
主甲板为单面连续甲板结构。甲板边板采用CCS认可的高强度船用,舱口围参照总结构图。
Longitudinal framing system shall be applied for the deck areas in way of the cargo holds, while it shall be transverse framing system for deck areas in way of the E.R, fore deck and poop deck.
货舱区主甲板采用纵骨架式结构;机舱及艏、艉部甲板采用横骨架式结构。
Deck plates in way of the hatch corners and under the seating of machineries shall be properly strengthened.
舱口角隅及设备机座处的甲板应作适当的加强。
2.1.11.2 Platform deck
平台甲板
The arrangement of E.R Platform decks shall be as shown in the General Arrangement plan. The beams, longitudinal and girders of the platform shall have sufficient strength to support the pumps and the machineries as per rules of classification society.
机舱平台的布置应如总布置图所示。平台的横梁、纵绗和/或纵骨应该有足够的强度支撑泵和机器并满足船级社的规范要求。
Suitable numbers of “H” type Pillars shall be fitted under the girders or web beams of platform decks. Pillars shall be supported on the double bottom floors or on the web frames on side shell plates.
在平台甲板的纵绗或强横梁下应适当的加上“H”型的柱子。柱子应支撑在双层底或舷侧的强结构上。
2.1.12 Foundations
机座
Foundations for main engine shall be of steel welded constructions with sufficient strength and rigid designs against vibrations in according to maker’s recommendations and requirements of Classification society. The foundations of shaft bearings of the main engine and aux engines shall be sufficient strength in consider easy for draining, cleaning and maintenance.
主机基座为钢制焊接结构,须有足够的轻度和刚性来抗击震动,并且依照厂家建议和船级社的要求进行设计。主辅机的轴承底座应该具有足够的强度,同时需考虑便于排水、清扫及维护。
2.1.13 Stern and Bow
艏艉结构
2.1.13.1 Stren construction
艉部结构
Stern frame, Rudder horn, Stern tube shall be supported and strengthened by beams, floors, platform and bulkheads.
艉柱、挂舵臂、艉管由桁材、肋扳、平台及舱壁支持和加强。
Stern shall be constructed and welded by steel plate. Stern frame shall be connect with stern tube.
艉框架由钢板建造、焊接而成。尾柱与艉管相接。
Stern shall be connected to solid floors of After Peak tank as per rules of classification society.
艉尖舱的实肋板和艉柱的连接按照船级社的要求。
Appropriate clearances shall be arranged between propeller and stern frame & rudder to allow stable flow of water and to minimum turbulence.
推进器和艉柱和舵之间应该有合适的间隙以允许有稳定的水流且使震动降到最低。
Appropriate clearance shall be arranged between stern bottom and tip of propeller blade so to avoid vibrations as per recommendations of classification society.
根据船级社规范的建议,尾部底端和螺旋桨叶尖间应该有合适的间隙以避免震动。
Inaccessible areas will be constructed as void spaces. Eye pads will be provided on port and starboard for lifting rudder and propeller.
不可到达的区域建造成空舱。在船的左右舷安装眼板以方便吊装舵和推进器。
2.1.13.2 Bow construction
船艏结构
The forecastle deck will have small sheer for drainage. The stem is of bulbous bow type constructed by welded of steel plates. Frame spacing, stringers and tripping bracket arrangement as per actually applicable classification rules. The bow construction comprises chain lockers of self-stowing type. The anchors to be arranged in anchors pockets. Reinforced plates will be arranged in way of the anchor rests.
艏楼甲板应该有小的舷弧用于排水。艏部是钢板焊接球鼻形结构。肋骨间距,纵桁和防颤肘板布局依照实际可用的船级社规范。艏部结构包含自堆装式锚链舱。锚应该在锚穴内。加强板安排在锚台内部。
Thickness of chain locker bottom plates to be increased as per rules. Wooden board to be provided on the bottom of chain lockers.
依照规范锚链舱底板的厚度应该加强。锚链舱底部上安装木制板。
Appropriate clearances shall be arranged between anchor and side plate so to allow anchor will not touch the side plates during anchor operations in ship upright condition.
在锚和舷侧板之间要设计上合适的间隙,在船右倾的情况下操作锚使锚不接处到舷侧板。
2.1.13.3 Rudder Horn
挂舵臂
Rudder horn shall be constructed by welding of steel plates and casting steel. Low hydrogen welding rods shall be used for the welding of casting steel and steel plates.
挂舵臂应该是铸钢件和钢板焊接结构。铸钢件和钢板之间的焊接应该使用低氢型焊条。
2.1.14 Accommodation & Deckhouse
住所和甲板室
The arrangement of the accommodation & deckhouse is shown on the general arrangement plan. Outside and inside walls of accommodation & deckhouse shall be of flat plates with stiffeners or inner insulation bulkhead. Front wall of wheel house shall have a forward slop of 15 degree .Platform with handrail to be provided for cleaning wheelhouse windows. Platform can be accessed from both side of wing bulwark. Window cleaning tube with inject nozzles to be fitted on top of wheelhouse windows.
甲板室和住舱的布局如总布置图所示。住舱和甲板室的内外围壁应该为带有加强筋的平板或者是安装内部绝缘的舱壁。驾驶室的前壁应该有向前倾15度角。应该提供清洗驾驶室窗户的带有栏杆的平台。平台可以从驾驶室两翼舷墙进入。在驾驶室窗顶部安装清洗窗户的管子和喷头。
Deck plating inside accommodation shall be stiffened by transverse beams at each frame and supported by longitudinal girders in suitable intervals to avoid vibrations. Deck plating outside accommodation should have camber.
住所甲板内部结构应该在各自肋位处用加强横梁加强,在适当的间隔处用纵向梁支撑以防止震动。住所甲板外面应该有梁拱。
Wind deflector shall be fitted on top of bulwark at both wings outside wheelhouse according to approved drawing.
依照认证图纸,在驾驶室外部两翼舷墙顶部安装挡风板。
The bridge deck will be partly constructed in antimagnetic material.
驾驶甲板部分结构应该是防磁材料。
Scantling of plates and sections will be in accordance with rules requirements and Builder’s practice. Minimum plate thickness will be 6,0 mm except corrugated type interior bulkheads, if applied, with minimum thickness of 5 mm.
一些板和部件的结构尺寸必须根据规范要求和建造者的惯例。除内部波型壁外,最小板厚为6mm。如果实用,最小厚度可以是5mm
Galley, sanitary spaces, provision spaces, and spaces where required by rules shall be of steel bulkheads with stiffeners or insulation bulkhead at suitable intervals.
厨房,卫生间、供应品间和一些必要规范上要求的处所,应该是设有扶强材的钢质舱壁或者在适当间隔处安装绝缘舱壁。
Forecastle deck shall be provided on forward deck. Deck structures in way of windlass, mooring fittings, hawser pipes, foremast etc. shall be reinforced.
在首部甲板上安装首楼甲板。锚机,系泊配件和锚链管、艏桅杆处等的甲板结构需要加强。
- Funnel
烟筒
Funnel shall be installed above the engine casing. The flat steel plate wall shall be strengthened by the vertical stiffeners and horizontal webs, and provided with walking platform with handrails.
烟筒应该安装在机舱顶棚上。平板围壁应该使用垂直扶强材和水平桁加强并且提供有扶手的步行平台。
The height and shape of funnel should be designed that the shoot blows from the exhaust pipes will not drop on the poop deck.
烟囱高度和形状设计应该考虑不能使排烟管烟灰落到尾楼甲板上。
An access door to be provided on starboard side of funnel wall.
在烟筒壁的右舷有一个通道门。

Bulwarks shall be set on the upper deck, forecastle deck, navigation deck and compass deck as general arrangement plan according to the Builder’s standard and practice. .
依照总布置图所示和造船方的标准和惯例在艏楼甲板、驾驶甲板,罗经甲板上设置舷墙。
The height of bulwark shall be1000mm or as per rules. Bulwark stays shall be provided at two frame spacing intervals.
舷墙的高度为1000mm或者是根据规范。每两个肋骨间距设舷墙肘板。
Bulwarks on upper deck where deck log cargoes to be loaded, shall be designed to suit accordingly.
甲板上要装原木的舷墙应该根据需要设计。
Bulwark plates in way of mooring fittings to be increased and reinforced.
舷墙外板在系泊设备处需要加强和加固。
Handrails shall be provided where bulwark is not required.
没有要求安装舷墙的地方需要安装栏杆。
Bilge keels made of round bar and flat plate, to be fitted on the bottom bilge plate (P&S) in way of one third (1/3) of ship’s length from the midship.
舭龙骨用圆钢和扁钢制作,在船中1/3处的舱底左右舷合适的位置安装。
- HATCH COAMING
Due to large hatch openings, hatch coming shall be strengthened for prevent deformation. Anti champing half round bar to be fitted on the lower side of the hatch comings.
由于舱口较大,舱口围应该加强以防变形,在舱口围下端应该安装防磨半圆钢。
2.2 Paint and Corrosion Control
油漆和防腐控制
2.2.1 paint
油漆
2.2.1.1 general
总述
Mixing and thinning of paint material, conditions/methods of application and time interval between each coat shall comply with the paint manufacturer’s guideline. The paint shall not be applied during the period of rain, snow, fog or mist and not be applied when the weather condition may cause condensation such as relative humidity above 85% and steel temperature lover than 3c below the dew point.
油漆混合和稀释的材料,实施每度油漆的条件和方法及间隔时间应该遵守油漆商指导手册。油漆应不应该在雨雪和雾天使用,也不应该在天气条件在湿度大于85%,哦钢板温度小于露点温度3度的情况下使用。
The painting & thickness of coatings shall be applied in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendation.
油漆层的厚度应该以和油漆制造商的建议一致。
Paint shall be applied by spray in general. Where the spray is difficult to be applied, brush or rollers may be used.
在一般情况下应该使用喷涂。喷涂有困难之处可以使用毛刷和滚筒。
Details of painting scheme and procedures to be submitted and shall be approved by Owners.
油漆安排和程序的详细文件应该递交船东经船东批准。
All equipment near by painting areas, such as window glass, name plates, rubber lining, stairway steps etc. to be properly protected from spraying paints drops and all of that shall be cleaned & removed if any. All electric equipment, cables, navigation and radio instruments to be thorough covered and protected when painting applies nearby.
喷漆附近的所有设备,例如玻璃窗 名牌,胶皮内衬,楼梯踏步等等在喷涂时应给与保护,飞溅到的油漆污点均需清除掉。所有电气设备,电缆,航行及无线电仪器在其附近油漆时均需要完全覆盖保护,以防飞溅到油漆。
No paint shall be applied to the following surfaces:
以下的表面不涂漆:
- Copper, brass, bronze, aluminum, aluminum alloy stainless steel, rubber, plastic and other non-corrosive metals except specifically mentioned in this specification.
- 铜、黄铜、青铜、铝、铝合金、不锈钢、橡胶、塑料和除此规格书中涉及的其他非腐蚀金属。
- Wooden board in stores.
- 储藏室的木板
- Galvanized fittings in cofferdam spaces and in fuel oil tanks.
- 隔离空仓镀锌配件和燃油舱
- Steel decks under deck coverings.

Owners shall provide lists of ship’s finish color. The painting between each coat shall have different color. However the colors of each coat other than the final coating shall be in accordance with the paint maker’s guideline which will take consideration of the final finish color. Piping shall be color belt mark as per ISO color code.
船东应该提供船的完工颜色的清单。油漆的之间每个涂层应该有不同的颜色。除完工漆外,每一涂层颜色需要根据油漆商的指导手册,此手册也被考虑进完工漆颜色,无论如何各自涂层的颜色与最终涂层的颜色应该与油漆制造商的方针一致。依照ISO颜色法规管路应该同样的用颜色带标记。
2.2.1.2 steel surface Primary Preparation
钢材表面的预处理
All steel plates and section shall be shot blasted to SIS Sa 2.5 and immediately primed with one coat of inorganic zinc silicate shop primer applied to dry film thickness of 15 microns. After the specified coating is applied, the paint film of the damaged parts shall be prepared at proper time and way. Suitable numbers of aluminum anodes shall be provided inside ballast tanks including F.P and A.P. tanks. The life of the anodes will be for 5 years.

One semi-balance stream line rudder to be installed. Steel welding, cast steel, cone-shaped rudder horn connected with the rudder stock and rudder pintle, NACA section. The area ratio of rudder is abt.1.7%, the rudder area is abt.12 m2, the balance coefficient is abt. 23%. The area of rudder should ensure the ship have good maneuvering performance.

One set of electric-hydraulic steering gear with two hydraulic units shall be installed in the steering gear room. Every unit has a hydraulic pump and a electric motor. Capacity of each unit is 100% Emergency steering gear equipment and isolated valves shall be installed according to SOLAS and relevant rules’ requirements. The local emergency steering device shall be installed according to SOLAS.

The life saving equipment are to be equipped in accordance with “International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, SOLAS 1974 and Amendments” and “International inspection regulations for the sea ship ,2003’, All life saving equipment shall comply with the regulations of classification society and SOLAS and provided with BV certificates.
本船救生设备按照“1974年国际海上人命安全公约及修正案”和“钢质海船入级 与建造规范-2003”配备。所有救生设备应该遵守船级社和SOLAS规则,并且提供BV证书。
IMO signs for lifesaving and escapes, Life boat and life raft launching instructions shall be posted according to the rules.

(1) Bridge deck, poop deck, main deck, forecastle deck shall have total 9 life buoys. Two of them with 30m length lifeline and at least 5 of them have - self-ignting lights, among that 2 of them with self-igniting light and self-activity smoke signal, and 2 of them with life line.

油柜或水柜应该有相应的油密或水密人孔盖。

2.8.4 FITTING FOR LOG CARGO

Permanent steel stanchions of steel pipe shall be fitted on upper deck both sides according to the design.
根据设计在主甲板两舷安装固定钢管支柱。
Height of permanent steel stanchions shall be of abt 5.0m subject to design.

Eye plates (S.W.L.3ton) shall be fitted on permanent stanchion top, and suitable numbers on upper deck and inside cargo holds for cargo lashing.
在固定支柱顶部安装眼板(安全工作负荷为3吨),主甲板和货舱也应该安装合适数目的眼板用于货物系固。
Stanchion sockets for portable stanchions to be installed at about 3.0m apart on upper deck as per G/A.

2.9 MAST and ladder
桅及梯子
Mast, pole and ladder shall be provided according to the General Arrangement plan.
根据总布置图布局上桅、柱及梯子。
2.9.1 foremast
艏桅
Foremast shall be installed on the centerline of ship’s stem. Foremast light and fore anchor light etc shall be fitted on foremast. The height of the foremast to be as rules. Safety loops shall be fitted around the ladder.
前桅安装在船首中心线上。桅上安装前桅灯和首锚灯等。前桅的高度根据规范要求。梯子周围需要安装上安全围圈。
2.9.2 radar master
雷达桅
Radar mast shall be installed on the centerline on compass deck above wheelhouse, Signal light pole and anemoscope, navigation light, signal lights racks, Suez Canal sign lights, antenna, radar, air horn etc. shall be installed on radar mast.
雷达桅安装在驾驶室以上罗经甲板的中心线上。雷达桅上设有信号灯杆、风速仪、航行灯、信号灯架、苏伊士运河信号灯、天线装置、雷达、汽笛等。
2.9.3 accommodation ladder
住舱梯子
2 sets of Al-alloy accommodation ladders, in port and starboard side, each with a electric motor winch shall be provided besides accommodation area (P&S).
在住舱区域两舷的边上各安装1套铝合金制舷梯,每个舷梯配有电动绞车。
2.9.4 deck ladder
甲板梯子
Weather deck ladders to be of inclined type with 600mm width, and the angle with horizontal line to be abt. 55 degree, shall be provided according to Builder’s standard.
按照造船方标准,提供露天斜梯。露天斜梯的净宽为600mm,与水平夹角成55度。
2.9.5 pilot ladder
引航员梯
Each one set of pilot ladder near port and starboard of the main deck shall be provided. Pilot safety access passage from pilot landing points to accommodation area, under deck log cargoes, to be provided.
主甲板的左右舷附近各安装一个引水员软梯。应该提供从引水员着陆点到住舱区域,甲板下原木货舱的引水员安全通道。
2.9.6 side ballast tank ladder
边压载舱梯子
Two manholes shall be provided for access the ballast tanks if possible, every manhole has a steel straight-ladder fitted below the manholes.

Steel ladders and pedals shall be provided in the water tanks and oil tanks according to the shipyard’s standard.

2.12.2 Fire-fighting equipments

The quantity and arrangement of the fire-fighting equipments shall meet the rules and the requirements of SOLAS and the flag state authority.
消防设备的数量和布局应该满足规范,SOLAS及船旗国主管当局的要求。
(1) Fire extinguisher: CO2, foam, dry powder
灭火器:CO2灭火器, 泡沫式灭火器,干粉灭火器。
(2) Fire hose box: contents with fire hose spray nozzle, to be fitted on upper deck, inside passages, etc.

(3) 2 sets of completed fireman’ outfits, including 2 sets of spare oxygen steel bottles. Each one set to be stored in the wheelhouse and in the passage of rear accommodation.
(4) One (1) piece of international shore connection.

(5) IMO signs for fire-fighting shall post to the places according to the rules.
消防标识应该按照相应的规范要求张贴。

2.13.1 symbol of ship name, port of registry, IMO
船名标志,船籍港,IMO
The ship’s name, port of registry, IMO number. made of the steel plate, welded and painted onto the ship’s hull. The wooden ship’s name board, with ship’s name carved on, shall be provided and installed at both sides of the compass deck.
船名,船籍港,IMO编号标识为钢板切割,焊接到船体上并涂以油漆。刻有船名的木制船名板安装在罗经甲板的两舷。
Draft marks made of steel plate shall be welded and painted on both sides of the fore, middle, aft of the ship. The Arabic numerals are made of the steel plate; these numbers shall be set on the place from the suitable height above the keel to the height over the max. waterline drafts.
船舶的艏、舯、艉的两侧分别设置焊接钢板吃水标志,并涂以油漆。数字为阿拉伯数字,用钢板制成,设置在舭龙骨以上合适的高度起到营运吃水线的最大值高度。

The bulkhead marks to be made of the steel plate of 4mm and outline welded and painted.

在人孔盖和船底塞旁边用烧焊方式焊上舱名。
球鼻标志
The bulbous bow marks shall be outline welded and painted at both two sides of ship’s bow.
在船首左右舷用焊珠围焊出球鼻艏标志。
顶推标志
The tug marks shall be outline welded and painted at suitable place at both side of the ship.
用焊珠在船的左右舷合适的位置堆焊出顶推标志并且涂漆。
2.13.6 nameplate and cabin identify
铭牌及房间识别
The nameplates, drawing frame, bulletin boards, warning plates, the identification of each room and cabin shall be written in English according to requirements of the Owner and the authorities.
铭牌、图框、公告栏、警告牌、识别各类房间和舱室的铭牌应该按照船东要求以及主管当局要求用英语书写。
船底塞
According to standard of the Builder, bottom plug shall be provided for each ballast tank, fore peak, aft peak, F.O.T, F.W.T, etc... The hole of plug is quadrangle with 2 spanners. The tank name in English shall be marked near the bottom plugs.
按照造船方标准,在每个压载水舱、首尖舱、尾尖舱、燃油舱、淡水舱等等提供船底塞,塞孔为四角行,配置两个合适的扳手,并且在船底塞旁用英语标出舱名。
其他
Eye plates to be fitted on the hull at the stern for the installing & removing of the impeller and rudder.
在艉部船壳上设置眼板用于拆装螺旋桨和舵。

Funnel mark details to be provided by Owners. Funnel marks to be made by 4mm steel plate.
