Contingency Contracting Workforce Tuition Assistance Program

  1. Policy

 
 

    1. The DoN Director, Acquisition Career Management (DACM) has established the Contingency Contracting Workforce Tuition Assistance Program (CCWTAP) and delegated management of the program to Marine Corps Systems Command, Workforce Management and Development.  It is the intent of the DACM to contribute to the overall development and professionalism of the workforce by assisting with the funding of secondary degree programs that relate to the acquisition mission. 

 
 

    1. Only enlisted Marines that have been awarded the primary MOS of 3044, 3046, or 3048 are eligible to participate in this program.  Marines that are in the OJT status to possibly be awarded the primary MOS of 3044 are not eligible.

 
 

    1. In order to properly capture expenses and assess this program, the guidelines herein will govern all expen
