The Invention of Multifunctional Machinery
The multifunctional machinery is invented after several years’ hard working of our senior engineers. The products manufactured by it have been tested by relevant bureaus and their levels in strength, sound insulation, fire resistance, radioactivity and waterproof have reached or surpassed national standard relative. Calcium Silicate board is famous for its stability in performance as a new construction panel. It’s invented by OCFG Company in US, and has been applied since 1970s in developed countries. And they are widely used in Japan and US. Its price is about 20 times more than plasterboard. With more than 30 years’ applications, it has been proved to be a durable and reliable construction board.
With the raw materials like silicon materials(quartz power, diatomite), calcium materials(concrete, lime) and reinforced fiber(pulp fiber, glass fiber, plaster), it’s a light weight board with the processes of slurry making, shaping, steam curing and surface sanding. With its outstanding capabilities, it’s rapidly promoted and applied. As one kind of wall material, it’s quite convenient when replacing fireclay brick and surface decoration. And the special characteristic is durability, high intension, long life-span and anti-moisture.
Calcium Silicate Board’s Performance
Healthy and Eco-friendly: free from asbestos and other harmful fibres, nontoxic, non-radioactive.
Fireproof and anti-moisture: The test result is Non-burnt A level based on GB8624, and it will not burn when fire occurs or produce any toxic gas. And it will not bend or crack or rot in any moisture conditions.
Superior economy: Compared to traditional heat-insulation wall, it has prominent advantage in cost performance.
Heat-insulation and anti-rot: Low thermal conductivity with good thermal-insulation and heat-preservation capabilities. And it can resist the erodibility of industrial liquor and can be widely used in chemical and weaver print.
Good sound-insulation: With good sound absorbing, it can be an ideal decorative material for partition wall or ceiling.
High intension: It’s highly intensive, anti-striking and good nail-holding performance. Calcium Silicate board at 6mm thick is much stronger than the paper-surface plasterboard at 9.5mm thick.
Wide compatibility: The surface can be doped with various coatings. Wallpaper and ceramics can be stuck to it to get perfect decorative effect.
